All our health and safety and occupational health software is produced in-house. This means that we can offer a full customisation service for Safety Organiser and SOHM at a realistic cost.

Projects have included:

Calderdale Council – have introduced a web-based audit program to use across more than 300 of their own sites and to monitor over 50 contractors and partners to provide a centralised auditing and reporting tool. In the first year the council has achieved 100% success rate in completing these audits and identifying areas that need improvement. Calderdale’s Chief Executive has been invited to speak at both Regional and National HSE Seminars on “Leading on Health and Safety”. This modern way of working was one of the examples used to demonstrate good practice and efficient working.

Coleg Llysfasi – development of work placement and work-based learning databases as a bolt-on to the web-based Health and Safety Management program. This allows the college to manage vetting and monitoring of these organisations.

Dermal Laboratories – production of a specialist COSHH database for use in the R&D laboratory, based around the Royal Society of Chemistry COSHH Assessment.

Muller – development of a tailored pre-employment questionnaire plus the addition of new occupational health assessments including Hand-Arm Vibration (HAV) and Work Related Upper Limb Disorder (WRULD).

Petroplus – development of a new web-based safety data sheet and COSHH assessment program to cover all aspects of a UK oil refinery.

PaperlinX – conversion of a number of PC based risk assessment and accident reporting programs into a web-based program for over 60 sites in the UK and currently being extended into Europe.

Warburtons – development of a behavioural safety and complete safety management system that is used across 14 bakeries, providing monthly safety statistics.

National Express (Midland Metro) – addition of modules for employee training records, permits to work and a number of rail industry specific safety management systems to our Safety Organiser program.

City of York Council - development of an intelligent web-based risk assessment program which includes a risk register for high risk assessments.
