The audit module is preloaded with a comprehensive series of over 500 Health & Safety questions. The user can adjust the questionnaire content and weighting of individual questions. The audit follows a logical sequence to produce a thorough audit of your Health & Safety management system, based on HSG(65) to include the following sections:-
- Management System
- Risk Management
- Permits to Work
- Fire Protection, Prevention & Security
- Accident Reporting
- Disability Discrimination Act
Audits can be for individual departments or the whole organisation. Users can choose specific sections that are relevant to the organisation. Previous audits can be used as a template and their results compared with the new audit. Each question has a score and the software keeps a running total and percentage per section. Corrective actions can be set up for each section with accountability and target completion dates.
Questions for each section can be printed so the initial status review can be performed away from the computer. Graphical reporting allows you to compare the performance of a department with previous audits. Outstanding lists of actions can be produced.
The Audit module includes an inspection section. This lets you set up a library of inspection check lists, eg. Fire Safety and Security Inspections. Inspection scores can be calculated and compared with previous inspections. Corrective actions can be identified and monitored.
Reports can be produced giving a score per section and per question for selected inspections.
