Safety Organiser has been developed as a web-based program to provide easy storage and management of Health and Safety at work information in line with UK legislation. The program is modular based where the modules can be purchased separately, or as part of an integrated package. The software has been applied in both small and multi-national businesses covering sectors such as logistics, food production, power generation, automotive manufacture, education, healthcare, environmental management and local government.

Safety Organiser, as a management reporting system, provides options for Risk Assessment, Hazardous Substances (COSHH), Accident/Incident reporting, Audits/Inspections, Permits and Environmental audit. The program is flexible enough to be hosted on a client server or on an EOA Systems secure website. It can be used with its standard templates or we can make adjustments to the input forms and reports to suit specific requirements.

Safety Organiser includes an assessment register, archive storage of previous assessments, document upload, employee database with facility to record training records and maintain competences, multi-site organisation, automated emails and an action tracker.

  • Risk Assessment

    A detailed module to cover general risk assessments with optional regulation specific assessments covering confined spaces, display screen equipment, expectant/nursing mothers, fire, first aid, lifting operations, manual handling, noise, traffic management, work equipment, workplace, working at heights and young persons.

    Substance Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDSs) can be recorded and used to generate COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) assessments. An assessment for the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres (DSEAR) is included.

    Individual modules for recording and analysing accidents, incidents, near misses and safety conversations. Accidents and claims can be managed. Frequency rates can be generated and a range of graphical reports produced.
