The audit module comprises three elements for:-

The audit module is preloaded with a comprehensive database of Health & Safety questions. The user can adjust the questionnaire content and required response of individual questions. The audit follows a logical sequence to produce a thorough audit of your Health & Safety management system to include the following sections:-
- Management System
- Risk Management
- Permits to Work
- Fire Protection, Prevention & Security
- Accident Reporting
- Disability Discrimination Act
Audits can be for individual departments or the whole organisation. Previous audits can be reviewed to generate a document by resetting the responses unless there are outstanding actions. Each question has a score and the software keeps a running score total and percentage of questions answered. Corrective actions can be set up relating to each question with accountability and target completion dates.
Questions for each section can be printed so the initial status review can be performed away from the computer.
The Audit module includes an inspection section. This lets you set up a library of inspection check lists, eg. Fire Safety and Security Inspections. Corrective actions can be identified and monitored. When an inspection is due for review it is archived and the responses reset unless there are any outstanding actions.
This section is to record the outcome of external audits or where you just need to summarise the resulting corrective actions. External documents can be uploaded to build into an audit project file.
All actions feed into the overall program action tracker and the user receives regular reminder prompts via a series of automated emails.
