All our health and safety and occupational health software is produced in-house. This means that we can offer a full customisation service for Safety Organiser and SOHM at a realistic cost.

We are also happy to produce complete new programs for Health and Safety management.

Projects have included:

Calderdale Council – have introduced a web-based audit program to use across more than 300 of their own sites and to monitor over 50 contractors and partners to provide a centralised auditing and reporting tool. In the first year the council has achieved 100% success rate in completing these audits and identifying areas that need improvement. Calderdale’s Chief Executive has been invited to speak at both Regional and National HSE Seminars on “Leading on Health and Safety”. This modern way of working was one of the examples used to demonstrate good practice and efficient working.

Johnson Matthey – Implementation of a bespoke COSHH assessment program. A specialist web based COSHH program has been developed for 3 different laboratory and production environments. The assessment considers the substance hazard categories, quantity form and method of use then calculates exposure potentials and risk levels per task within the assessment.

Muller – development of a tailored pre-employment questionnaire plus the addition of new occupational health assessments including Hand-Arm Vibration (HAV) and Work Related Upper Limb Disorder (WRULD).

Warburtons – development of a behavioural safety and complete safety management system that is used across 14 bakeries, providing monthly safety statistics.

National Express (Midland Metro) – addition of modules for employee training records, permits to work and a number of rail industry specific safety management systems to our Safety Organiser program.

City of York Council – development of an intelligent web-based risk assessment program which includes a risk register for high risk assessments.
