supportTelephone support and upgrades to the program are provided free of charge for the first 12 months. After 12 months, there is an annual maintenance charge for the software. If purchased, we will provide telephone support and supply upgrades to the program as they are issued. These will keep you up to date with any changes in legislation and program enhancements. We aim to maintain the programs in line with changes in statutory regulations to keep the user fully up to date.

Training

trainingWe also offer training sessions in the use of the software and can visit your offices to do this. A one-day course is usually sufficient to become proficient in using each program. Courses are designed to suit the requirements and skill levels of trainees. Training can be provided on a one-to-one basis or for groups of up to 5 delegates per session. We have found that users often prefer to receive a ‘train the trainer’ course so they can disseminate the information throughout the organisation.
